Taiwan is a place with many beautiful sceneries of mountains and sea. Exactly near Taipei city, there is a Yangming Mountain that citizens can reach easily. This year, as the COVID-19 still outbreak, we had decided not to hold the previous kind of celebrations in places where too many persons gather, such as Taipei Main Station or the Taipei City Hall. But we tried to turn new ideas to actions. Therefore to celebrate the 519 World Family Doctor Day, we chose to do the mountain hiking and reach the summit of Warship Rock in the Yangming Mountains to commemorate.
 
　　Before departure, we designed a commemorative cap with the logo of this year's 519 World Family Doctor Day for the participating doctors. We walked in the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University(NYCU) and gathered in front of Taiwan Huisun Café delightedly. Everyone took a group photo before the landmark "a love tree" , which just matched our year's love logo.
 
　　Then we started hiking, the circular slope is full of birds and flowers along the way, and the entrance to the mountain is just 8 minutes from the NYCU gate. Everyone happily took photos everywhere, and the journey began.
 
　　President of TAFM HWANG, SHINN-JANG started at the entrance of the mountain and took the lead energitically. He used to climb mountains often, so climbing the stairs was a piece of cake; Executive Supervisor SHIH, CHIN-CHUAN, Vice President HUANG, CHENG-KUO, chairman of Public relations & WONCA committee ‘Steve’ TSAI, SHIH-TZU, Executive Director WANG, SAN-LANG, Secretary General SUN, WEN-JUNG and many senior doctors also climbed the mountain and chatted vigorously. Some doctors discovered beautiful scenery on the way, they took pictures and posted them. The association secretary also joins the activity, because he usually is very busy so the situation is uncommon. Everyone chatted and laughed along the way. Soon, they saw a pavilion in the middle. This pavilion is called the university pavilion, people could take a break and enjoy the scenery here. Fortunately, there were people playing musical instruments. All of us took a rest at the pavilion, and enjoy the beautiful scenery and music.
 
　　Enjoying music makes us almost forget to reach the summit, we took a cheerful break and continued to climb. About ten minutes after, we finally reached the towering warship rock. We pulled up the 519 World Family Physician Day banner excitedly, and announced this year's spiritual slogan "Family Doctors Always There to Care". The care of the family physician is omnipresent, especially during the outbreak of the pandemic in 2022.


 
　　At the Warship Rock we had a wide field of vision and can overlook Cultural University, Taipei Rongzong, Danshui River, Keelung River, Guandu Plain, and Taipei 101 Building. When we came to the top of Warship Rock, we are overjoyed and felt that our actions were worthwhile. Thanks to our hard work, we had improved our health, and refreshed ourselves!
 
　　This is the real spirit of our family physicians in the world, our continuous efforts and companions are endless. The care about the ailment will not be absent, even if there are setbacks and difficulties, we will continue to fight because of "Family Doctors Always There to Care". The path to love and care is an eternal journey, in every family doctor’s mind! The diligent activity reflected Taiwan family doctors play important roles of Covid 19 vaccination, PCR testing, and home care of patient everywhere in hospital and clinic during the epidemic of COVID-19!
