本文旨在探討肌內效貼布在緩和醫療中的臨床應用潛力。肌內效貼布以其非侵入性、靈活性與安全性著稱，目前已在運動醫學、復健醫學和疼痛管理領域廣泛應用。這種技術透過彈性貼布施加適度張力，提供支撐與刺激，並幫助改善多種臨床症狀。

本文回顧肌內效貼布的發展歷程與作用原理，說明其在提升淋巴循環、促進血液流動、減輕疼痛及調節肌肉張力方面的生理機制，並分析肌內效貼布的優勢與限制。此外，肌內效貼布也可以與其他治療方式結合使用，增強整體治療效果。接著，將深入探討肌內效貼布在緩和醫療領域的臨床應用與潛在效益，包括淋巴引流、疼痛控制、便秘、吞嚥障礙、肌肉放鬆等方面，並結合臨床案例分享具體應用方式。然而，肌內效貼布的應用也存在一些限制，例如其效果可能依賴於施用技術的精準性，且對某些特定病症的療效尚需更多高品質的臨床試驗支持。文章也提出未來研究方向與建議，以期促進肌內效貼布在緩和醫療及其他醫學領域中的更廣泛應用。

This study aims to explore the clinical potential of kinesio taping (KT) in palliative care. KT, known for its non-invasive, flexible, and safe characteristics, has been extensively utilized in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and pain management. By applying elastic tape with appropriate tension, KT provides support and stimulation to help improve clinical symptoms. This article reviews the development and mechanisms of KT, highlighting its physiological effects, notably enhancing lymphatic circulation, promoting blood flow, alleviating pain, and modulating muscle tension. The advantages and limitations of KT are analyzed, emphasizing its potential as an adjunct therapy to enhance overall therapeutic outcomes.

The study further examines the clinical applications and potential benefits of KT in palliative care, including lymphatic drainage, pain control, constipation relief, dysphagia management, and muscle relaxation, supported by specific clinical case examples. However, the application of KT has limitations, such as the need for precise techniques and the lack of high-quality clinical trials to validate its efficacy for certain conditions. Finally, future research directions and recommendations are proposed to promote broader utilization of KT in palliative care and other medical fields.
